I am enormously pleased to announce the official launch of Schedule Fusion, a resource management web app designed to help business avoid conflicts and maximize resources.

Among our goals was to make resource management extraordinarily intuitive, simple, and effective. To that end, Schedule Fusion’s features can be divided into two primary areas:

1. Resource administration: where users manage and edit individual resources, locations, program categories (groups of resources), and resource types, along with performing user management tasks.
2. Event creation and navigation: this is where users take all of those resources and assign them to events. A filterable calendar and overview lists provide multiple dashboards for users to easily keep an eye on what’s going on.

We designed Schedule Fusion hand-in-hand with one of my Venture Platform arts organization users, so you can be certain it accommodates the full range of unique needs for those institutions. At the same time, it’s flexibility makes it equally useful for a wide range of businesses.

In the end, we know that each and every one of our users will be different and unique. Not only are users able to create individual resources but they have the ability to organize them via any categorization needed.
