Recently, Andrew Taylor posted an article at The Artful Manager announcing a new series that will focus on what he defines as “individuals and organizations who are changing things already, even if only in little ways.”
On one hand, I’m just as curious to find out what will catch Taylor’s attention as I am about the entire concept. On the other hand, I hope Taylor doesn’t abandon examining what he describes as “the large, catastrophic failures in cultural facilities and clueless board governance” as I’m just as curious to learn which examples he puts in that category (and why) as well.
In the end, having contributions from both options seems to be a good path toward a healthy diet, so to speak. But Taylor’s post serves as a good reminder, especially in today’s environment, that too much from any one food group is rarely a good thing.
