The Santa Rosa Symphony cancelled their 10/9/2017 concert 10 hours prior to downbeat due to wildfires that continue to progress unchecked in California’s Napa, Sonoma, Lake, Mendocino, Yuba, Nevada, Calaveras and Butte counties. At the time this article was written, several neighborhoods in Santa Rosa have been evacuated and two local hospitals are being emptied.
